Located on 15 minutes drive from the main attractions in Orlando, welcome to Monty Quays, our holiday home and available to you as a vacation rental!

Monty Quays is a beautiful, luxurious 5 bedroom villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi, newly built to a high standard and quality our home has all the required tools to make your holiday fantastic! We welcome you into our family vacation home where you too can enjoy the fabulous weather and attarctions all year round in Florida.

With sleeping available for up to 12 people there is ample room for sleeping, playing, cooking, dining, swimming, relaxing, watching tv or planning your next day! After walking into the entrance hall you will walk into the lounge/dining room with a breakfast bar joining to the kitchen where all modern appliances can be found.  The dining room can be adjusted to your requirements, the lounge has a fabulous sofa and state of the art tv/dvd system featuring a playstation2 console and games.  The 4 main bedrooms lead off from the lounge, the master king suite is located towards the rear of the villa comprising of a large ensuite bathroom and closet, includes a king size low aspect luxury bed, this room looks onto the swimming pool area.  The second king suite has a large ensuite bathroom and closet, the next bedrooms have twin size low aspect beds with closet and sharing bathroom.  The fifth bedroom located at the fron of the villa has a sofa/sleeper queen size and closet space with a computer table.  All bedrooms have a tv/dvd, windows and low aspect furniture.  The lounge onlooks to the pool which is fully enclosed with safety netting across the pool area, comes with table, chairs, loungers and a bbq.  A fully equipped games room and gym is located at the front of the house.
